Carrollton Shopping Center built in 1960, has been serving the New Carrollton community for over 40 years. During this time Carrollton Shopping Center has been the heart of the retail community in the City of New Carrollton. Over the years as residential development around the center increased The Shoppes at New Carrollton was added to further expand shopping availability. Located just inside the Washington Beltway on the corner of Annapolis Road (Rt.450) and Riverdale Road at the Entrance to the City of New Carrollton the prime location of these two centers has made it an ideal choice for many merchants.
