Since its opening in 1975, Hollywood Plaza has been a neighborhood Shopping Center. Located on Rhode Island avenue, two blocks from the Route 1 Business Corridor. The eclectic blend of stores appeal to the Northern College Park communities including patrons from the near by University of Maryland.
